CEC servers were not hacked: SBU
The Central Election Commission's servers were not compromised on Election Day.
This according to the State Security Service SBU that recorded 29,000 attempts at hacking into CEC servers in a one week time period. None were successful, according to the SBU. In the last week of the elections campaign, Tymoshenko Bloc campaign chief Oleksandr Turchynov accused the government of establishing a transit server to manipulate official electoral returns.

So truly free and fair elections ;-)
